Only seen the car on photos drove from Liverpool to Leeds. Was so happy the car was exactly as described in the ad. Was greeted by a member off staff on arrival that give a professional friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend General & Prestige Motors if you are looking for a quality used car.

Traveled up from Newcastle to Leeds to view the car, exactly as described on the advert clean and body work in great condition! Worth the travel if your debating it. Organized an extra key at a great cost so the mrs could have a spare! Full check organized before I collected 3/4 days later. Ben the garage owner organized a late collection for me due to work commitments and helped me sort tax out. 11 weeks later the car developed a exhaust fault , I had it checked out at a local garage in north east and Ben paid for repair no quibble under the warranty. Man of his word and answered any queries I had (tyre pressure warning when I had a nail in it) Would defiantly deal with again when the car needs updating/ replacing!! Many thanks

My experience with BK General & Prestige Cars was Fantastic. From the moment I called them and spoke to Ben nothing was to much trouble I purchased the car solely on the very detailed pictures on Auto trader I was not at all disappointed. I live over 150 miles away and there delivery service was second to none they made what I thought was going to be problem delivering the car very very easy I would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed

Ben and his team are the friendliest and most genuine business I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Bought a car off them for my husbands 40th. They delivered to the door, on the special day, for no extra charge and even gave him a bottle of Prosecco and birthday card. What a lovely touch. We had an electric warning light that came on a few weeks later and Ben sorted everything, paying for the work that needed done. He even went the extra mile and ordered us a parcel shelf which was missing from the car (at a very high cost to himself!) This business are true to their word, genuine and honestly an absolute pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Ben!

Absolutely fantastic service. My sister purchased s car from B K General motors. I thought I would take a look after speaking to my sister and seeing th 5 star reviews. Been driving since I was 17 years, never purchased a car before without seeing first, great part ex for mine. Was delivered to my front door, no hassle, no pressure whatsoever like your norm car dealers. My daughter loves my car, shes going to purchase one very soon. Over the moon to say the least.
